farmers markets

wow it has been a hectic few weeks but i am settling into the market schedule.

i will be doing the farmers market in woodland park on fridays from 7 am till 1 pm. last week was my first week there, and i enjoyed meeting all the new people. i look forward to finishing out the season at this fine market. if you live near or travel by on friday, i recommend you check out this market. you can find me and my meat near the center serving up tasty samples of my whole beef burger and the gluten free beer bratwurst.

i will also be a vendor at the CFAM market in colorado springs on saturday. this market is located at the margareta at pine creek up near the north end of the springs. the market is open from 9am till 1pm. i will be grilling up tasty samples of my burger and brats. in addition i will also have a few dozen eggs from my pastured hens. this will be my first week at this market and i will be offering my special. 1 pound each of my GF brats and a burger for $20 i want you to try them at home cooked the way you like them. i know you will be hooked. food that tastes good and is healthy to boot. not to mention knowing the animals were raised with love and respect to their life and death.
